Return and Refund Policy for products and Print-On-Demand Products

At University of Hard Knocks , we strive to provide high-quality products and print-on-demand products. Due to the custom nature of our items, we have a specific return and refund policy in place. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

   - We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you experience any issues with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at uhklife@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective item.

   - Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

4. Exclusions

   - Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that:

     - Were personalized with custom text or images (unless defective).

     - Were not reported as damaged or defective within the specified time frame.

     - Were ordered incorrectly by the customer.

5. Shipping Costs

   - Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or defective.
