Terms and Conditions for Shipping and Print on Demand

1. Order Processing

   - All orders are processed once order are received, we will begin production of the items.

 2. Shipping Times

   - Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via [shipping method, e.g., USPS, FedEx]. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic: 3-7 business days; International: 7-21 business days

   - Note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as location, time of year, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

   - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

4. Tracking Information

   - You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Address Accuracy

   - It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

   - In the event your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at uhklife@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue according to the carrier’s policies.

7. Returns and Exchanges

   - Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or defective. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item if there are any issues.

8. Changes to Orders

   - If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 1 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.
